Meet Andrew, he is the General Manager here at Juniper Place in Swansea (and also Old Havana!), Andy is one of the longest serving members of staff who has been with us since we opened back in November 2017.

We asked Andy a few questions so you can get to know him more:

What would people be surprised to know about you?

I didn’t know how to change a beer barrel until I came to the interview for this job, I must have fooled everyone as I ended up getting the role!

What is your favourite dish in Juniper Place?

The Lamb Cawl, it’s to die for!  Especially now the Autumn days / nights are closing in, we are seeing lots of customers come in to warm up with a bowl of our Cawl, and it’s served with Welsh cheese, what more could you want!

If you had a cocktail named after you, what would it be?

It would be the “Old Fashioned, I’m a bit of a technology dinosaur and only found out what Snapchat was a couple of weeks ago!
