Here’s a recipe from our friends at Absolut for you to enjoy making and drinking until you can enjoy our own version of Calypso Coffee when we are able to re-open.
INGREDIENTS
- Ice Cubes
- 25 ml Cuban Rum
- 25 ml Kahlúa
- 10 ml Simple Syrup
- 90 ml Coffee
- 25 ml Cream
METHOD
Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes. Add Cuban rum, kahlúa, simple syrup, and coffee.
Stir. Float cream.
