We serve a range of liqueur coffees at Juniper Place, and Calypso coffee is one of our most popular.  It’s the perfect indulgence on a cold winter’s day at home. Here’s a recipe from our friends at Absolut for you to enjoy making and drinking until you can enjoy our own version of Calypso Coffee when we are able to re-open.

INGREDIENTS

  • Ice Cubes
  • 25 ml Cuban Rum
  • 25 ml Kahlúa
  • 10 ml Simple Syrup
  • 90 ml Coffee
  • 25 ml Cream

METHOD

Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes. Add Cuban rum, kahlúa, simple syrup, and coffee.
Stir. Float cream.
