Pineapple Daiquiri
At Juniper Place, we use Plantation Pineapple infused rum for this cocktail, but this recipe comes directly from Malibu rum. The video from the Educated Barfly recreates yet another version, from the Varnish Bar, a speakeasy-style establishment, in Los Angeles. Enjoy!
Pineapple Daiquiri
60 ml Malibu Original
30 ml fresh lime juice
30 ml pineapple juice
10 ml simple syrup
Pineapple slice to garnish
Preparation
Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker. Shake until cold and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Top with a wedge of pineapple.
