Whilst we are closed due to the Welsh lockdown why not conjure the spirit of Carrie Bradshaw, Miranda, et al and fashion your own at home. This a version from the International Bartenders Association.
INGREDIENTS
40 ml Vodka Citron
15 ml Cointreau
15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
30 ml Cranberry Juice
METHOD
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into large cocktail glass.
GARNISH
Garnish with a lemon twist.
